HAZARD PAY

"God damn blasted scrap," Lara muttered under her breath as she hauled an engine across a cracked stone floor. Behind her, Terry aimed his flashlight, catching glints off metal rebar that jutted out from the concrete like the bones of a dying animal.

"Hey, it's alright," Terry called back. "Once we deposit this, we'll probably only have to go back one more time. We'll grab what we left behind and then we'll be golden."

"Yeah, sure," groaned Lara. She put down the engine by the door and leaned against the wall, catching her breath. Suddenly, from behind her, there was a crunch, and a scream. She turned on her heels, gripping her crowbar in one hand. Before her, Terry's torso was gripped firmly in the mandibles of a giant spider, compound eyes gleaming.

"I do not get paid enough for this shit."

Hazard Pay is a gritty post-industrial sci-fi horror RPG. In the game, players take on the role of Contractors, working together as a Crew to visit abandoned worlds in their clunky Crewpod and complete dangerous missions to make a living. The game is run by the Boss, who directs the Crew on missions and controls Dangers.
